ELIHAN School Management System is a comprehensive digital platform designed to help schools manage their daily administration, academics, finances, communication and public engagement from one centralised system.

Provides a dedicated communication system for sending individual and bulk SMS messages to parents and guardians. It includes SMS templates, recipient management, SMS logs, notifications and other communication tools.

• Public School Website
The main page is accessible to visitors without requiring a login. Schools can use this public-facing section to showcase their latest events, activities, announcements, achievements, photos, videos and other important information.

The public website also gives schools an opportunity to promote their work, highlight their achievements and keep parents, prospective parents and visitors informed about what is happening within the school.

• Digital Report Cards
Parents can view their children's academic reports directly from their parent accounts. Printing a hardcopy report card is optional, reducing the need for schools to depend entirely on physical report cards.

• Optional Mobile App
The system can also be provided with a mobile application for schools that require mobile access. The mobile app is optional and can be added according to the school's needs.
